Lovely private, secure and in a quiet area house available for December and January holidays.
The garden in front is extra large with safe parking space for many vehicles and allow for lovely playgrounds outside. At the back the property borders a green belt. The yard is open but allow for pets should the guests feel comfortable to let their pets be under supervision outside in the large garden. A large, undercover stoep with roll-up blinds ensure for privacy during morning coffees or just relaxing on the stoep with a beautiful view of the greenery in the garden. An upstairs open deck allows for beautiful sea views and view over the neighbourhood. There are 10 stairs to the entrance and some steps to the main bedroom.
At the one side of the house, is the main bedroom with ensuite, shower, basin and toilet, with its own sliding door opening onto the garden. The other two bedrooms are situated at the other side of the house, with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet is share by the bedrooms and guests. The holiday home provides linen and all cutlery, plates and kitchenware. Guests must provide their own towels and beach towels, as well as a braai grid. A portable braai is available on the stoep and can even be moved to the upstairs deck to spend time around the braaivleis vuur. The TV has DSTV Compact package. Own wifi must also be provided should the guests require it. A damage deposit will be required and a cleaning cost once guests depart.
