September 2026 - Exceptional Service from Rawson Properties I would like to commend Rawson Properties for the exceptional service I received while selling my home, and especially Marli Janse van Vuuren, who assisted me throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Marli went above and beyond what I experienced from the other agencies that were also trying to sell my property. She was proactive, persistent and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. Even after securing an offer from a buyer, she continued pursuing other potential buyers to secure a backup offer. Her dedication and commitment were evident throughout. During the process, I unfortunately encountered some unexpected and very difficult circumstances. At a time when I genuinely needed help, both Marli and Rawson Properties went above and beyond to assist me, making an extraordinary exception to help alleviate the situation I was facing. This was far more than I ever expected from an estate agent or an agency, and it is something I will always be deeply grateful for. What impressed me just as much was the level of communication and support throughout the sale. Marli kept me informed every step of the way, worked closely with the attorneys and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. She made sure I understood what was happening at each stage and gave me the reassurance that everything was being handled properly. When the sale was finally completed and I handed over the keys, Marli surprised me with a bottle of Champagne and, even more thoughtfully, a teddy bear for my little girl. It was a wonderful and very personal gesture that meant a great deal to me. Throughout the entire experience, Marli remained professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and exceptionally dedicated. I believe this experience says a great deal about both Marli and Rawson Properties. An estate agency can sell a property, but exceptional service is about how you treat your client when things don’t go according to plan. In my case, Rawson Properties and Marli showed genuine care, compassion and a willingness to go far beyond what was expected of them. Rawson Properties should be extremely proud to have someone like Marli representing their brand. She is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you, Marli, and thank you, Rawson Properties, for everything you did for me throughout this journey. I would recommend Rawson Properties without hesitation — and if you are fortunate enough to have Marli assist you, you are in very good hands.
