He said he had somebody in mind, they were the first and only people who came to look at the house, and they purchased. March 2025 - Recently, it was our pleasure to deal with Ernest Fourie of Rawson’s estate agency. As we were then in Limpopo, while the property we were purchasing was in Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, we were in desperate need of an estate agent who was honest as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Ernest was all of that. We literally could not have found our dream home without him. Indeed, Mr. Fourie’s friendly helpfulness extended beyond the sale. We were greeted by him on our arrival at our newly-purchased home with a bottle of good wine and small gifts from the agency.
