October 2026 - Hi Rawsome Properties , We recently found our new home and I cannot recommend Gamieda Majiet highly enough! From our very first interaction, Gamieda’s warm and welcoming personality made us feel at ease. What truly sets her apart is her exceptional dedication, genuine care and the remarkable pride she takes in her work. We had several concerns about the property, and Gamieda approached every single one with the utmost seriousness and professionalism. She listened attentively, understood what mattered to us and immediately took action to ensure that everything was addressed. What could have taken months or been overlooked entirely was handled with incredible efficiency. Within just three weeks, every concern we had raised was attended to and our home was ready for us. Even beyond that, Gamieda continues to go above and beyond. She follows through to ensure that everything is done properly. We’ve never felt like just another transaction or another set of tenants. We feel genuinely valued and cared for. Gamieda is the kind of estate agent who reminds you what exceptional service should look like. She doesn’t simply do her job she goes far beyond it. Her attentiveness, integrity, compassion and commitment to her clients are truly extraordinary. We are incredibly grateful to have her by our side during such an important transition in our lives. Rawsome Properties is exceptionally fortunate to have someone like her on their team. If every estate agent approached their work with Gamieda’s level of dedication and heart, the entire experience of finding a home would be transformed. She deserves every bit of recognition for the outstanding work she does. Regards Rita & Marc

September 2026 - Rizqah Mohamed from Rawson Lansdowne, shukran so very much for your wonderful service, support and kindness you’ve shown us during the past 6 months. It is indeed a gruelling experience when one buys their first home, but I must say that Rizqah has made it such a memorable and pleasant experience for us. From the immediate WhatsApp responses, to the guidance and invaluable new home owners advice, to meeting us almost at iftaar time on multiple occasions during a busy and hot month of Ramadan - Rizqah always showed up for us, with her calm and gentle presence. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us, truly. And shukran for the beautiful yellow Le Creuset mugs, we will most certainly always spare a special duah for you every time we use them.

July 2026 - Rawson Properties in Lansdowne assisted me so much as a first time home owner. Theresa worked her magic on getting me the best deal for my bond and Aisha managed all my questions, queries and concerns with so much patience, kindness and promptness. Will be using this agency again when I'm ready to rent out my property.
