October 2026 - I contacted Jason Simeonides, as I am a friend of his wife, to ask him if he would market and sell my property. He came the very next day to do view the property, complete all the paperwork and explained the whole process to me as I have never sold a property before. He was very professional and priced the property at a good price for the area based on his studies of properties sold since 2024. The booking of the photographer was cancelled twice, firstly due to bad weather and secondly due to the photographer breaking a lens and had to reschedule. This was in no way a fault of Jason or Rawson Properties. Just unfortunate circumstances. After the very professional photos and video were taken, the property was listed on various platforms. Jason brought a prospective buyer the very next day who put in an offer to purchase. His colleague, Maria, brought two more prospective buyers the following day. Who also both put in an offer to purchase. Basically, between Jason and Maria @ Rawson Properties, they sold my house in 48 hours!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell a property. Thank you for excellent and professional service!!

October 2026 - A very big shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Jason Simeonides for the exceptional way he supported us from the beginning to the end of our home-buying journey. Jason walked into our home as a real estate agent, but he left as our “brother’s keeper.” As new homebuyers, we naturally had many concerns and questions, but Jason was always there to guide us with patience, honesty and genuine care. His exceptional knowledge of the property market gave us realistic advice and the confidence to make the right decisions. Through his strong negotiation skills and willingness to go the extra mile, he also made sure that we walked into a clean, well-maintained home that we could immediately be proud of. Jason’s approach is simple but powerful: put the customer first, and the rest of the process will follow smoothly. Jason, all the credit belongs to you. May the value you sow into the lives of families return to you many times over. Your hard work and commitment will not go unnoticed. Keep moving forward because the best is yet to come!

September 2026 - Jason was very helpful and professional from the start. He quickly found tenants for our house and managed the rental magnificently. Same goes for when we decided to sell our property, again Jason got the job done. We always knew what was going on and he is very approachable and answered any questions we had. Couldn't recommend anyone better to get the job done.
