December 2025 - I am very proud to rate the services of one Shanè Stuurman a property agent at Rawson Properties Florida. On the 14th July 2025 Shanè Stuurman made contact with me and immediately arranged that we meet. We met the very next day at the property 22 Pinelands Street Coronationville at discussed all possible options to have the property sold. What impressed me was her efficiency as she launched straight in getting all the paperwork sorted and having the property advertised. A few months into the property being advertised and taking into account the area she proposed through her mentor that we drop the price. Reluctantly I agreed and within weeks there were interested parties wanting to view the property and shortly thereafter we had a buyer. During the lead up to buyer signing an offer, Shanè Stuurman was always available and kept me well informed on developments. I dislike tardiness, of which she was unaware, but her time management was quite impressive as there were times when she waited for me to arrive. She managed to stay calm and collected and constantly said " please shout if I can help". This assurance from her did not go unnoticed and I tried not to abuse her professionalism. November 2025 - When we contacted Rawson agency, in Florida, to sell our property. We met Charl, the agent, Who attended to us. What was really impressive was, that Charl, came to meet us at our property, explained the procedure, and answered our questions, openly, and honesty.He was also very transparant.
