Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with a large sliding door that allows a flood of natural light in and opens the house to an entertainment area, complete with a swimming pool and undercover braai. This area is totally private and well sheltered from the coastal elements.
The main bedroom is a good size, with French doors opening to the swimming area and also has a full en-suite bathroom.
Two generously sized bedrooms are the first on the east side of the house, serviced by a bathroom with a shower facility.
Towards the back of the home you have the twin bedroom which shares a bathroom with the largest bedroom of the home, offering a bath and shower facility and also all laundry needs.
A double garage around the back of the house has interleading access to the home and has automated garage doors for added security.
A boundary wall with automated front gate rounds this property off perfectly and ensure that pets and children can play outside safely.
Dutton's Cove Restaurant is a mere two minutes away and Oubaai Golf Course about 5 minutes.
The very famous beach of Herold's Bay is just 3 Minutes drive and for the fitness fanatics there are scenic walking routes in the area too!
