We offer a comfortable and well-maintained shared house setup, ideal for young professionals.
Room Options:
* R4300 per month - Deposit R4300
* R4500 per month - Deposit R4500
(Rooms are spacious and include a double bed and built-in cupboards)
What You Need to Bring:
Each tenant is responsible for their own:
* Curtains
* Bedding
* Cupboard hangers
* Towels
* You may also bring your own TV for your room
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully furnished, but tenants must have their own:
* Cutlery
* Crockery
* Pots
House Rules & Living:
* Full access to the entire house
* No smoking inside the house
* Sober habits required
* No loud music (respectful shared living)
* No children allowed
* No sleepovers permitted without permission
Guest Rules
Tenants may have guests, but guest visits must remain occasional and must not disrupt the household.
Maximum stay: A guest may stay up to 3 consecutive nights.
No rotating stays: a guest may not leave for 1-2 days and return for another 3 - day stay. This counts as continuous occupancy and is not allowed.
Guest form requirements: Any guests staying 7 days or more within a month requires a completed Guest stay form for approval.
Extra Charges: Guests staying over 14 days within a month will incur additional charges due to increased use of household amenities.
Tenant responsibility: You are fully responsible for your guest's behavior. Guests must follow all house rules and must not disturb, inconvenience, or make other tenants uncomfortable.
Alcohol Use
If you consume alcohol
Drinking is only allowed inside your own room
No drinking in shared areas, The yard, or anywhere outside your room.
No parties or loud music in your room.
Alcohol consumption must not disturb or make others tenants uncomfortable.
No bottles or cans may be lefft in the yard or ant communal areas.
