The very large thatched-roof house has 1 main bedroom and 5 en-suite double guest rooms. The dining room, living room , reception area, etc. are vary spacious. There is a separate flat. All rooms have wooden-frame windows. A large verandah with a bar and reception area under a huge wild-fig tree, overlooking a dam fed by a permanent fountain.

4 Smaller wildlife camps on 70ha, of which 3 camps are electrically fenced. The rest is one large game camp.
A 60 kW solar system with 32 panels and 12 batteries is backed up by a silent 22 kW diesel generator. One equipped borehole of 30 m deep is fitted with a 1.5 kW submersible pump delivering 2 500l/h.
Wildlife species are valued at roughly R1 million. Worker's housing with 8 bedrooms.
