This farm consists of 2 portions of which the smaller is 22.85 hectares and the other 212.44 hectares. A total of 154 hectares are currently planted varying in age and cultivars. The farm delivers its grapes to the close by Stellenbosch Vineyards for winemaking.
The farm is in close proximity to Spier, Usara Wines and Meerlust, all prominent wine brands of the Stellenbosch region. The farm is less than 10 km from the ocean contributing to special production conditions. Table Mountain is visible on clear days.
The farm has a large holding dam with ample Scheme water from the Wynland Water Users’ Association totaling 240 000 m3 of allocated water per annum.
Soil types include sand, loam and gravel.
